The development scheme is the regulatory document that assists with planning, carrying out, promoting, coordinating and controlling land development within the PDA. The Yeronga Priority Development Area (PDA) was declared on 10 August 2018 and an interim land use plan (ILUP) given effect. The development scheme supersedes the Interim Land Use Plan that has been in place since declaration of the PDA.
Public notification completed
EDQ has publicly notified the draft Yeronga PDA Development Charges and Offset Plan (DCOP) .
The draft DCOP was open for public review and comment for 30 business days from Monday 14 March to 5:00 pm on Tuesday 26 April 2022. All interested parties, including the community, residents, landowners, developers and business operators were invited to view the draft DCOP and make a written submission to the Minister for Economic Development Queensland (MEDQ).
Written submissions will be reviewed by the MEDQ, and a submission report will be prepared and available on the Yeronga PDA web page in the second half of 2022.
Following the consideration of submissions, the MEDQ will decide what changes, if any, will be made to the draft DCOP prior to adoption.

EDQ held targeted discussions with these organisations to gauge their level of interest in and aspirations for the unused site.
